The conference organizers are soliciting one-page abstracts for papers in Spanish, English, French, or Portuguese, as well as proposals for panels on literary, historical, linguistic, social science, and other relevant topics. Although all proposals will be considered, papers and panels exploring this year's theme are particularly welcome.
